THE DENVER AIRPORT CONSPIRACY

The Denver International Airport, better known as DIA, is located in Denver, Colorado. It is the largest international airport in the United States in terms of land mass, and the third largest international airport in the world only after King Fahd International Airport (Saudi Arabia) and Montréal-Mirabel International Airport (Canada).

The Denver International Airport opened its doors to the public on February 28, 1995. It is the only major airport to be built in the United States in the last 25 years. The current facility can accommodate 50 million passengers a year without any additional construction.

The airport was built in 1995 on about 34,000 hectares. Its initial cost was $ 1.7 million, but then increased by 3.1 million over budget. Its final cost was 4.8 million.

Facts about the Denver Airport:

  • The Jeppesen Terminal roof is made of a Teflon-coated fiberglass material that is as thin as a credit card.
  • The four busiest airports in the United States - Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta, Chicago O'Hare, Los Angeles International, and Dallas Fort Worth - could all fit into DIA’s 53-square miles of land.
  • Denver International Airport is one of the world’s greenest airports. We also have the largest solar farm at a commercial airport in the United States.
  • The airport contributes over 22 billion dollars a year to Colorado’s economy.
  • Denver International Airport was one of the first airports in the United States to integrate art into public spaces. During construction, artists worked with architects to integrate art into the airport.
  • Denver International Airport has the only passenger bridge in the United States where you can watch an airplane taxi beneath you.
  • Some people think there’s a conspiracy making our airport the center of a New World Order. Rest assured the story is definitely a myth.
  • DIA's 327-foot FAA control tower is one of the tallest in North America. There are 548 stairs from ground level to the top and the average walking time is 20 minutes. The tower is engineered to sway only one-half inch in an 86-mile-per-hour wind.
  • The airport site, though relatively flat, was lowered in some areas and raised in others, requiring the moving of 110 million cubic yards of earth. 110 million cubic yards is approximately one-third the amount of dirt moved during the Panama Canal project. This amount of earth, if dumped into a single pile, would cover 32 city blocks to a depth of one-quarter mile.
  • The fueling system at DIA is capable of pumping 1,000 gallons of jet fuel per minute through a 28-mile network of pipes. Each of the six fuel farm tanks holds 65,000 barrels (2.73 million gallons) of jet fuel.
  • Granite imported from all over the world.

Some unofficial stories about Denver Airport are:

  • Denver Airport is scheduled to be the Western headquarters of the US New World Order.
  • Denver Airport has connection with a future holocaust and the end of the world.
  • Denver Airport has links to a potential 2012 disaster.
  • The Denver Airport has a hidden underground city.
  • Denver Airport was funded by a secret society.
  • The author of Defrauding of America, Rodney Stitch, claims to have a copy of a tape of a CIA agent paying off ($1.5 million) the mayor of Denver to get the airport built.
  • The artist who painted the murals in Denver Airport has been interviewed and once he claimed that guidelines were provided for their work.
  • In some sensitive areas of the airport's underground facilities, several German nationals have been seen along Americans.
  • One of the murals shows 3 coffins containing dead people, each person representing people who the elites may want dead: a black woman, a Jewish woman, and an American Indian woman.
  • The capstone of the Denver Airport is a Masonic symbol.
  • Denver International Airport is one of the main U.S. Underground Military Facilities.

Horse of the Apocalypse

Outside the airport, 10 meters from entrance, stands a 32 ft tall fiberglass statue of a blue Mustang (called popularly "wild" horse) with very noticeable veins in its body.

This horse has alternately been referred to as “Bluecifer,” “Satan’s Steed” and “Blue Devil Horse.” For many, the statue represents the fourth horse in the book of Revelation of the Bible. The horse named Death. That horse certainly brought misery, death and terror.

"And I saw, and behold, a pale horse, and he who sits upon it, his name is Death; and Hades followed with him. And authority was given to them over the fourth part of the earth to kill with the sword and with famine and with death and by the beasts of the earth."
Revelation 6:7-8

Denver International Airport concerns the brass plaque at the end of an artistic curved pedestal above the time capsule. Many people say that the plaque contains a Mason symbol. A large portion of the Denver Aiport is called the "Great Hall", and is named after a room found in Freemason lodges.

The New World Airport Commission mentioned on the capstone existed, contrary to what conspiracy fanatics claim, that there is no record of any such organization. The New World Airport Commission was a group of Denver business and civic leaders who sponsored and organized some events at the airport's opening. The idea was making of Denver a new world-class city.

Murals painted inside the Denver Airport have been claimed to contain themes associating to the New World Order.

The man behind the murals

Leo Tanguma is a Chicano (a person of Mexican descent) artist-activist who has created murals throughout the country, generally with the help of local students and volunteers. His innate social consciousness characterizes his vision as a human being and guides him as an artist.

Tanguma has his own quote: "My mission is to emphasize human dignity in all people, preserve the heritage of Chicanos, and most importantly, to stress the ideals of love, respect and justice".

I believe that Tanguma is highly misunderstood. I really think he wanted to show us the suffering of war, the war ending, and the birth of a new of commitment of peace in the world.

It is not rare that most of people only see the bad side of things. We live in world full of pessimism where the moments of happiness are very sporadic.

A Hopeful Future in which Humanity Rehabilitates the Environment

On this mural, I depict humanity, represented by children of the world arrayed in national or folkloric costumes. They move from both ends towards the center, and are shown smiling optimistically as they strive to rehabilitate our natural environment. On the background to this jubilant procession, are depicted various temperate zones of our planet beginning, on the extreme left with the ocean, temperate forests, frigid, tropical rainforest, and desert.
These “zones” are pictorially described with relevant geographical features, as well as wildlife indigenous to those regions. For example, the Quetzal bird signifies tropical rain or cloud forests, while the Snow Leopard is representative of frigid mountainous environments. Moreover, these different zones are shown as robust and healthy, as are the various wildlife species depicted. This portrayal is confluent with the ideal of a rehabilitated natural environment resplendent in all its beauty.

Tanguma said that the mural is nothing to be frightened of. The first part of the environmental mural is about the ways that humans destroy nature and themselves through destruction and genocide. The second part is about humanity coming together to rehabilitate nature and revive their own compassion."

The Torch of Quetzalcoatl

It was my intention to create a sculptural mural, which would be instructive about Mexican-Americans and our struggle for social justice and cultural self-identity. This design was inspired by our ancient Mexican deity, Quetzalcoatl, the Feathered Serpent.

Conspiracy or coincidence?

1. - Horse of the Apocalypse

For many, the big blue Mustang is demonic.

The artist who made the Mustang, Luis Jimenez was killed in 2006 when a section of the 9,000-pound fiberglass statue fell on him during its construction. Jimenez was a widely honored American artist known for melding Chicano themes and Western history in exuberant sculptures.

Accidents happen, and more when one is making big sculptures as Mustang of Denver Airport.

After reading several articles, only one said that the Mustang of Denver Airport represented the American football team of the city.

The Denver Broncos are a famous professional American football team based in Denver, Colorado. The Mustang has been the symbol of the Broncos for many years. So, why to think that the Mustang represents one of the horses of apocalypse and not the emblematic American football team.

2. - Underground constructions

Denver International Airport is listed as one of the main U.S. Underground Military Facilities.

Function: Military research, construction, detainment camp facilities
Levels: 7 reported
Tunnels to: Denver proper, Colorado and Rocky Mountain "safe housing", Colorado Springs, Colorado (Cheyenne Mtn.), Riverton, Wyoming Notes: Constructed in 1995, the government and politicians were hell bent on building this airport in spite of it ending up vastly over budget. Charges of corruption, constant construction company changes, and mass firings of teams once they had built a section of their work was reported so that no "one" group had any idea what the blueprint of the airport was. Not only did locals not want this airport built nor was it needed, but everything was done to make sure it was, period. Masonic symbols and bizarre artwork of dead babies, burning cities and women in coffins comprise an extensive mural as well as a time capsule - none of which is featured in the airport's web site section detailing the unique artwork throughout the building.

DIA is reported to serve as a cover for the vast underground facilities that were built there. There are reports of electronic/magnetic vibrations which make some people sick and cause headaches in others. There are acres of fenced-in areas which have barbed wire pointing into the area as if to keep things in, and small concrete stacks that resemble mini-cooling towers rise out of the acres of nowhere to apparently vent underground levels.

It is normal that the underground constructions are for the underground train system that connects all the terminals, including additional tunneling built to accommodate future expansion.
But, why too big? Well, if Denver wants to become a world-class city, one of the essential things to attract tourists, is to have a world-class airport that provides all facilities to travelers.

Other underground systems were built for Denver's state of the art automated baggage handling system. In 2005, it was retired completely because it was not working well; why to maintain anything that does not represent any kind of help?

Nowadays the underground tunnels are used for conventional baggage handling. Many workers enter and leave of there every day, and nobody has ever reported seeing anything rare.

Denver has a privileged geographical location as it lies near the mountainous rocks. It has helped each year mining and energy companies to emerge.

3. - Murals

Some people can say murals contain subliminal messages and that promote paganism and a New World Order. Others can say they are just art. We have to see both sides of the coin, and above all, try to awaken in people the goodness that rarely see nowadays.

In the first mural we could see a German boy that has a huge iron first and is pounding all the weapons into plowshares on an anvil. Why not to think that the mural where we see children of different races symbolize the unity, brotherhood and multiculturalism of our planet. We have to remember that the mural was painted by an American artist and that in the United States there are people from all latitudes of our planet. Then, why to think that the mural contains satanic messages? The point is that there is so much to interpret in the murals. Each one has its own opinion and that is a thing we have to accept.

A black woman inside a tomb can have many interpretations. Maybe it represents the genocide, but also can be seen as the thousands of victims that ridiculous wars have left over the years.

It is important to mention that the man who coined the name of the New World Airport Commission listed on the Masonic capstone in DIA’s great hall, Charles Ansbacher, died on September 12, 2010 as a result of an incurable tumour. He was vital in creating the airport’s enormous art program, which commissioned works such as the Tanguma murals and the Mustang. Ansbacher was also the founder of Boston Landmarks Orchestra.

For the ex Major of Denver, John Hickenlooper, all that is just the largest, most comprehensive public art project of any airport on earth.

We should not be so radical and demonize everything we see. Of course, there are many uncertainties, mysteries, enigmas that need to be clarified. There are things that can be explained scientifically but also there are things that can't be explained.

Leo Tanguma always says that the murals are about environmentalism and preservation of Earth. He says that as a Christian, he sees the murals as his sermons.

It is necessary to show the sad and harsh reality in which we, humans, live. Real life is not like fairy tales where the prince and princess marry and live happily forever. We must keep our feet firmly on the ground and see that each day is unique and different.

Believe it or not?

Honestly, I'm perplexed by the numerous conspiracy theories of Denver Airport. We have to comprehend the difference between fact and fantasy.

"Conspiracy fanatics" believes what they believe because they want to believe it. No amount of facts proving their wrong hypothesis. Of course, there are also people who spend their time, money, resources looking for authentic evidences that can prove their statements.

For me the big blue Mustang is art. I think it's a great sculpture. Maybe people who don't like that sculpture are not horse lovers. Really good artwork has multiple levels of meaning. Art definitely varies from people to people, so I can't expect anyone to agree.

If there is something strange in the Denver airport, sooner or later be discovered because nothing is eternal in the world.

THE EGYPTIAN REVOLUTION AND THE U.S. PUPPET

Ron Paul, a popular U.S. Congressman, have declared that U.S. investment in Egypt was a big mistake. Paul confirmed that he did not believe the support of Egypt was a good investment because "it was not well spent. It ended up in chaos, and we don't know who the next dictator is going to be and it helped contribute to our bankruptcy."

I can not believe he is saying this stuff out loud on CNN. Ron Paul said, "I prefer another option rather than bombing people or giving them money."

"Maybe many of us has the idea that United States has been an imperialist force for many decades. The belief which was openly promoted by the government all throughout American history up until recently was that the Anglo Saxon race was superior to all others and thus had the right to conquer and spread their ways to the inferior people of the world."

A new history begins

Thousands of youths started a new revolution on Tahrir Square. The army tried to move them off. The protesting youth responded by shouting: “The Army is Egypt’s foundation! Your job is to carry out our demands, not drive us from the square! Otherwise we will return!”

It was February 11 when Egyptian Vice President Omar Suleiman announced that Hosni Mubarak had resigned as Egypt’s president. Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak's 30-year-rule finally finished.

Power is temporarily handed over to Egyptian army. It has not dissolved the government, but at least it dissolved parliament and suspended the constitution. Egyptian army has a crucial role to play in deciding the future.

For now Egypt’s population is extremely happy. Mubarak is not president anymore. The protesters believe that the revolution was a success.

United States supported Mubarak

While Mubarak was in the power, United States was his best friend, betther than that, Mubarak was the American marionette. But, as soon as American leaders saw how strong protests were, they change their discurse. This time Mubarak was not welcome. He has become a "dictator."

Joe Biden, curent Vice President of the United States, said to PBS News Hour:

"Mubarak has been an ally of ours in a number of things. And he's been very responsible on, relative to geopolitical interest in the region, the Middle East peace efforts; the actions Egypt has taken relative to normalizing relationship with -- with Israel. ... I would not refer to him as a dictator."

When Mubarak felt threatened, he has no option that responding to the protesters' demands Friday morning by close down the Internet, including Facebook and Twitter accounts. It is here when we have to wonder if Joe Biden really believes that leaders can close down the Internet when citizens push them for changes.

What's Next?

Some officials of the U.S. Department of State said to Time magazine that United States is preparing a new package of assistance to Egyptian opposition groups, designed to help with constitutional reform, democratic development and election organizing. The package is still being formulated, and the officials decline to say how much it would be worth or to which groups it would be directed.

And Hillary Clinton said, "We are going to try to work with a lot of like-minded countries around the world to offer whatever assistance we can."

United States has a very long history of providing assistance to new democracy movements. The United States credibility is almost nothing. We do not have to mix what some pseudo-leaders do with how American citizens really are. Most of them are very human.

Middle East has always been a zone of permanent tension, but if the next Egypt's president does not ratify the Egyptian-Israeli peace treaty signed in 1979; the consequences could reach monumental magnitudes.
According to former Israeli ambassador to Cairo Zvi Mazel, Egypt will lose its leading position in the region, causing Turkey and Iran to become more influential, which is dangerous for Israel. On the other hand, Paul said, "Washington’s efforts to buy influence in countries like Egypt have failed and will always fail".

New elections are close. New changes will come to Egypt.
People talk insistently about Vice President Suleiman, for many the CIA's man, as next Egypt´s president. It seems that Suleiman has no opponents, despite the ambitions of former Interior Minister and current League of Arab Nations Secretary-General Amr Moussa and modest former IAEA head Mohamed ElBaradei.

We all have great responsibilities for the future. It can not be disputed. All kind of help from industrialized nations to support developing ones is always welcome. But, it does not mean we have to accept pressure or blackmail. If the United States or any other country wants to reduce the economic or political problems anywhere in the world, it will be accepted only when good intentions prevail.

THE CRIME AGAINST THE DEMOCRATIC CONGRESSWOMAN

As it is well-known, the state of Arizona, a territory that was taken from Mexico by the United States along with much more territory, has been the scene of painful events for hundreds of Latin Americans who die trying to immigrate to the US in search of work or to join their parents, spouses or other kinfolk who are there.

In that country, these are the people who work at the toughest jobs and live under the constant fear of arrest and forced deportation. Despite the drastic measures, every year the number of those dying in the attempt grows and there are hundreds of thousands of them who are annually deported to their countries of origin.

The number of Americans opposed to that abuse is also growing, such as those who supported and, for the third time, elected the young congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords.

At the present time, the state of Arizona is one of the wealthiest because of the minerals taken from its soil, especially copper and molybdenum; great productions of cotton and beef that use up vast areas of its land; the beauty of its landscape, such as the famous Grand Canyon carved by the Colorado River, considered to be one of the most beautiful on the planet and, one of the three great native communities. The state is visited annually by 30 million domestic and foreign tourists. Approximately 30% of its population is of Hispanic-American origin.

On the other hand, the Tea Party, made up of the most reactionary and politically backward elements of society, tries to drag the Republican Party to extremist and warmongering positions, that in the middle of the crisis and the disillusionment about the promises that Obama hasn’t wanted or hasn’t been able to fulfil, would lead the country to the abyss. From the debate that will have to come out of this, one can draw the pertinent conclusions.

On the congresswoman’s health, this morning, Monday the 10th, the Spanish digital version of El Mundo published the following information:

The bullet entered the rear of the Democratic congresswoman’s head, [...] crossing the left hemisphere of the brain and exiting from the front. After a two-hour operation during which the remains of the bullet were removed, along with part of the dead brain tissue and approximately half of the cranium, – which is being kept to be re-attached later on – the Tucson University Medical Center surgeons [...] showed ‘cautious optimism’.

Surgery appears to have gone well, according to the head of the hospital Traumatology Unit, Dr. Peter Rhee, who explained that, in spite of the patient being under sedation and respiratory assistance, thus not allowing her to speak, she has been able to communicate with signs and to respond to simple commands, ‘such as squeezing a hand or lifting two fingers’, something that indicates that ‘brain function’ exists.

Dr. Francisco Villarejo, head of Neurosurgery at the Niño Jesús Hospital and the La Luz Clinic, experienced in this kind of surgery, explained to El Mundo that the most dangerous thing for the congresswoman at this time is that the brain should swell, since the bullet as it went through dragged along bone fragments with it, and this could produce inflammation. A risk increasing even more after surgery since the area is highly sensitive’.

We hope that world public opinion can know the real condition of the congresswoman, clearly and precisely, and as soon as possible. It is a matter of interest to everyone.

ANOTHER TEA PARTY STAR

None other than Ileana Ros, the woman who kept the child Elián kidnapped in Miami, the promoter of coups d’état, crimes such as those committed by Posada Carriles and other heinous deeds, shall be travelling to neighbouring Haiti, where the earthquake killed a quarter of a million people and the cholera epidemic, in full swing, has taken the lives of almost 4,000 and is a threat for the rest of the continent.

A dispatch from the DPA agency informs the following:

Republican Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen will visit Haiti this Tuesday in what will be her first trip abroad since she was appointed chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the United States House of Representatives which is now in Republican hands, her office informed today in a press release.

During her stay in Port-au-Prince, the Cuban-born congresswoman said she hoped to receive a report on the ‘advances’ dealing with reconstruction of the devastated country, as well as on the ‘continued electoral controversy’ following the presidential elections of November 28th.

‘It is important for me to be able to go to Haiti, a country that is very close to and beloved by the United states’, stated the congresswoman from Florida, a state which is home to a great many Haitians.

‘It is very important for US interests and we have personal interest in seeing that stability, democracy and free enterprise take hold over there, she added.

I wonder whether the United States government is aware of the challenge to its moral authority the disturbing presence of Ileana Ros-Lehtinen in Haiti represents.
But that is not all; another dispatch, this time from the AP Agency coming from Port-au-Prince communicates the following:

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (AP)- Observers from the Organization of American States shall recommend that the governing-party candidate in the Haitian presidential elections be excluded from the second round in order to give up his spot to a popular musician who ended up in third place in the disputed first round of the elections, according to a copy of a report obtained by The Associated Press.

The OAS had scheduled the presentation of the document to President René Preval on Monday.

The report had not yet been made public, but AP obtained a copy and a diplomat familiar with its contents confirmed its recommendations. Another Foreign Affairs official said the document was in its last stage of being edited and translated into French, but affirmed that the conclusions would remain.

The Electoral Commission of Haiti will have to decide on how to answer the appeal, but the recommendations of the OAS team could bear a lot of weight. Three candidates consider they should be participating in the second round of elections. After the preliminary results of the first round were announced, the country was swept by a wave of unrest.

It is not foreseen that Preval would publically answer the report until after Wednesday, the one-year anniversary of the devastating earthquake of January 12, 2010.

The second round was scheduled for Sunday, but it was delayed in part to await the results of the OAS assessment that seeks to resolve the political impasse. Officials have stated that the elections will not be held until at least next month.

The country is completely calm. The fight against the epidemic is moving forward successfully. During the last 17 consecutive days the Cuban Medical Mission and the Henry Reeve Brigade have looked after 9,857 cholera patients without one single death.

President Preval had spoken with the diplomatic representatives, including the OAS representative, Brazilian writer Ricardo Seitenfus, about a political solution to the complicated problem.

According to news received, after that individual was suddenly fired by the OAS Secretary, the current problem came up. We hope that the representatives from Latin America and the countries accredited in the UN can avoid the chaos that might be created in Haiti if in the current situation the fight among rival parties is unleashed amid all the destruction, poverty and the epidemic that still mightily strikes at that nation.

CLINTON’S LIES

I am really sorry I have to disprove him. Today, he is nothing but a good-natured looking man, fully devoted to a historical legacy, as if the history of the empire—and what is even much more important, the fate of humankind—were something guaranteed beyond several decades into the future, and as if a nuclear war could not break out in Korea, Iran or any other place in turmoil.

As is well known, the United Nations appointed him as its “special envoy” in Haiti.

Clinton?, who, incidentally, was the President of the United States after George H. W. Bush and before George W. Bush? out of ridiculous political jealousy, prevented former President Carter from taking part in the negotiations on migration with Cuba. He signed the Helms-Burton Act and was an accomplice to the actions perpetrated by the Cuban American Foundation against our homeland.

There are more than enough testimonies that attested to that behavior, but we found no reason to take him too seriously, nor had we any animadversion on his activities related to the mission that, for obvious reasons, the UN had entrusted him.

We had been cooperating with the sister nation of Haiti for many years in several areas, especially in the training of doctors and the provision of services to its population, and Clinton wasn’t bothering us one little bit. If he was ever interested in showing some success, we saw no reason why he should hinder our cooperation with Haiti in such a sensitive field. Then the earthquake hit unexpectedly, bringing much death and destruction and subsequently the epidemic broke out.

Just two days ago, a meeting held in the Dominican Republic capital about reconstruction in Haiti began complicating things. About 80 persons, among them several ambassadors representing donors of more than 100 million dollars, numerous members of the Clinton Foundation and the representatives of both the US and the Haitian governments participated in that meeting.

Few people spoke. The Venezuelan ambassador was one of them, for having been one of the most important donors. He spoke briefly, with sincere, well-aimed words. For almost all the time, Clinton spoke at the meeting which began at 5:30 p.m. and concluded at midnight. Also present was the Cuban ambassador, who was there like some stone-carved guest, attending at the request of Haiti and Santo Domingo. He wasn’t allowed to utter a single word; he was just entitled to witness an event where absolutely nothing was resolved. Presumably, the meeting was to continue the next day, but none of that happened.

The Dominican Republic meeting was a deceptive move. The Haitians’ indignation was absolutely justified. The country destroyed by an earthquake almost one year ago had in fact been abandoned to its own fate.

Today, December 16th, the reports published by the American AP news agency read as follows:

“Former U.S. President Bill Clinton declared his confidence in Haiti’s post-quake reconstruction effort Wednesday, making a one-day visit amid civil unrest, rampant disease and a seemingly intractable political crisis.

“The UN special envoy to Haiti traveled to the troubled country a day after the interim reconstruction commission, of which he is co-chairman, was forced to hold its meeting in the neighboring Dominican Republic after violence that broke out following Haiti’s disputed Nov. 28 presidential elections.

“Clinton visited a cholera clinic run by the “Doctors Without Borders” that has treated 100,000 people sickened in the epidemic that broke out in October. He then went to the main UN peacekeeping base for meetings with Haitian and international officials.

“The meeting a day before approved some $430 million in projects. But it was most notable for anger over the slow pace of reconstruction and a letter from frustrated Haitian members who said they were left out of the decision making and complained approved projects ‘do not advance the reconstruction of Haiti and long-term development’.”

See what Clinton added later at a news conference, according to the report:

“‘I share their frustration …’.”

“…hundreds of thousands of Haitians would find new permanent housing next year and many more would move out of the tent and tarp camps that had been home to more than 1 million persons since the January 12 earthquake.

“But such promises have been made before. [...] Only $897 million of the more than $5.7 billion pledged for 2010-11 has been delivered.”

The 897 million mentioned are nowhere to be found.

Moreover, stating that a clinic run by “Doctors Without Borders” has treated 100,000 people is absolutely dishonest.

In a statement to the press, Dr. Lea Guido, PAHO-WHO representative in Haiti, reported today that the number of people affected up to December 11th had reached 104 918, a truly unprecedented figure that could not have been treated by a “Doctors Without Borders” clinic.

It is obvious, and Mr. Clinton should know that, that Europe, the US and Canada take away doctors, nurses, physical therapists and other health technicians from Caribbean countries, and they lack the necessary personnel to do that job, with a few honorable exceptions.

Obviously, Clinton with his lies would like to ignore the work being done by more than a thousand Cuban and Latin American doctors, nurses and technicians who are bearing the brunt of the battle to defeat the epidemic in the only way possible, that is, by going to the most far-flung corners of the country. Half of its almost 10 million inhabitants live in rural areas.

It would have been impossible to treat such a high number of people, in such conditions, without the support of the eminent Latin American lady who represents PAHO-WHO in Cuba and Haiti.

Our country has committed itself to mobilizing the necessary human personnel to accomplish that noble task.

As she has indicated: “The human resources being sent by Cuba are being directed right now to the most isolated areas of this nation. And that is very timely.”

They are already arriving and very soon the necessary personnel shall be there.

Yesterday the Cuban medical brigade treated 931 patients; two of them died. The case fatality rate on that date was 0.2 per cent.
